pc doesn't detected USB on board B-L475IOT01

hi everyone, so i just reported few days ago the same problem that i solved by changing my usb cable.
so everything was working until today where my pc again seems to not detected my board.
the problem is that if i change pc it works, the other pc see the board but not mine, so i guess the problem is on my computer.
how can i solve this?

Try a different USB port. Reboot. Reinstall drivers, (after uninstalling and rebooting).
