POR using ST-LINK CLI after setting option byte

I'm preparing the production tools for STM32F4 using ST-LINK V2 + ST-LINK_CLI.exe. Unfortunately after setting option byte (ST-LINK_CLI.exe -OB RDP=1) the power off-on cycle is required to start cpu. Is there a way to do POR using ST-LINK V2 + ST-LINK_CLI.exe?
