Problem connecting EVLSPIN32G4 to PC via USB

Hello,

I am using EVLSPIN32G4 and when connect it to my PC via USB I get a device connection error.

After performing the following steps, a problem occurs when connecting USB (J8).

1. Connecting through J9 pin of EVLSPIN32G4 with STM32 ST-LINK Utility and ST-LINK/V2

2. Change "Option byte> Read Out Protection option to disable"

3. Unknown device connection failure in Device Manager when connecting EVLSPIN32G4 to PC via USB(J8). and Faint red light on LED4 of EVLSPIN32G4

4. Restore Read Out Protection option

5. Symptom is not resolved.

How can I solve the problem?

I would appreciate your help.

ST-Link Utility is an old tool, that might be the problem.

please use STM32CubeProgrammer instead:
