Problem with B-STLINK-ISOL board

Dear ST Team,

We are having some problems using the B-STLINK-ISOL board. In our test jiga we use a STLINK-V3SET(MB1441) programmer. To isolate the programmer from the products we decided using the B-STLINK-ISOL. After attaching the B-STLINK-ISOL to the programmer everything works just fine if we use the STMCubeprogrammer software. However, if we use the CLI application, with the same configuration, no target is found (Figure 1). If we remove the board from the programmer and try again everything works as it is supposed to (Figure 2).

We are running the following command:

STM32_Programmer_CLI.exe -C port=SWD sn=000F00325553500B20393256 freq=8000 -d icu_jiga_firmware.elf 0 –hardRst

How should I proceed to fix this problem?
