Problem with ST-LINK_CLI -Run from address

Hello,

when i use this command, the software do not run from desired address. When i try to set PC register in ST-LINK GUI, it works.

ST-LINK_CLI.exe -c SWD -NoPrompt -Rst -Halt -Run 0x0802FFE4

Maybe bug in CLI application?
