Problems downloading User RPogram through IAR, but not using ST LINK Utiliy

Hi all

i am facing a very strange problem on my project. I can write correctly my user program using ST Link Utility, but when i try to download the same in Debug mode using IAR, it doesn't work. The only difference between the two routines is that using the IAR, the "Verify error" appears, not using ST link.

What can it be provoking that?
