Program STM32F103C8T6 with USB

Hi everyone, I want to program using the usb connection on the STM32F103C8T6 board. 
There are examples using Arduino, but it cannot perform STM32 functions.

How can i program via usb and look at sensor data?  I need help. Thank you from now
