ST-Link/2/01-0 is fake product? (3.1V output from tvcc)

I have purchased STM Link / 2 / 01-0.

I am using it by connecting with SWD.

However, 3.1V is output from the TVCC (No. 1,2) pin.

In previous STM Link / 2 products, TVCC was the Input type.(from MCU, 3.3V).

Is this normal?

If you have any way to modify the settings please let me know ^^
