ST_LINK_CLI doens't work good

When I open ST_LINK_CLI.exe I see available commands. But then, when i want to write any commend, for example:

-c SN=48FF6E067266535219251167 SWE LPM

console just turn off and nothing happen. Could you please help me to solve this prolem?
