ST-LINK / Utility Error After Programming ("Error Can not connect to device")

Hello everyone!

We are using the STM32F103RBT6 and able to program our devices using the ST-LINK / V2. Usually not a problem but recently we have had one device that after programming successfully, verified and checksum showing correctly there is an error generated that states "Error Can not connect to device!". I have attached a screen shot to this message along with the dialog in the message window.

Could someone please provide any details to what is going on here? The programming is working but we are getting an error.

Your program may use long Sleep, deep sleep, standby or remap JTAG pins. Try"connect under reset".
