st-link v2 firmvare problem(V2.J31.S7)

after the firmware upgrade(V2.J31.S7) my st-linkv2's gives usb connection errors ST-LINK error (DEV_USB_COMM_ERR) sometimes stm32cubeProgrammer does not see the programmer at all and both cases it does not see the microcontroller. i dont have any issues in the old firmware. does anyone know where can i download the old ones?(like the version V2.J29.M18)
