In STMCube programmer I don't see the serial number, and cliccking on Connect I don't see any message on log box.

The firmware seems to be updated, and driver properly installed!

What can I do ?

I still have problem with Cube Programmer, but CubeIDE is able to program and debug target.

    I connected together all GND pin (3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20) and two VCC pin (1 and 2).

How can I Fix Cube programmer ?

What programmer do you have? Provide a link to it if possible.

Shouldn't need to connect all the grounds,

3 and 5 are not ground pins

Make sure not other applications are open and using the ST-LINK. Don't expect to use CubeIDE and Cube STM32 Programmer concurrently.

Try a different USB cable, try a different USB socket
