if i use STLINK V2 then it works fine.

how can i solve this?

is there any connection problem?

Not at 24 MHz, try 1 or 2 MHz

Doesn't have buffers, doesn't need target voltage

out put voltage and current of STLINK V3 is not sufficient for higher clock speed?

i have placed cable to connect my board with STLINK V3 cable length is (30 cm).

how can i increase clock speed of 1-2 MHz.

ST LINK V2 works fine with 4MHz but ST LINK V3 works fine at 5KHz with same board and cable length.
