ST-Link Virtual COM stops working

Hi,

I have a stm32469_disco board with ST-Link on it.

I have a problem with the Virtual COM from the ST-Link: It stops working as soon as the embed-MSC is up.

Is there a way to disable embed in the ST-Link firmware?
