    Hello @tomee and welcome to the Community,

    Did you try update the ST-Link firmware to the latest version and using STM32CubeProgrammer?

    Please check the tips shared in this article: How to solve connection errors when connecting and programming the STM32 target board.

    @Imen.D ,

    Thank you for your reply.

    I have the latest version of the programmer installed, but when I connect the Discovery board to my Windows system, no device is detected – the programmer also doesn’t recognize it.

    However, when I connect my old ST-LINK V2 dongle, both the system and the programmer detect it without any issues. This problem only occurs with the Discovery board.

    Hi @tomee,

    Maybe you have COM port conflicts!

    Check the jumpers on the board and make sure that they are set correctly.

    Did you try connecting under reset mode?
