Stencil aperture for WLCSP12?

WLCSP12 package in pages 83-85 of:

has defined pad diameter and solder mask aperture diameter but...

where can I find solder paste aperture?

This is very specific package, 0.35mm pitch.

I found some solder paste definitions for other WLCSP with different pad diameter or pitch, but I can't find this one...

Anyone can help?

The solder paste aperture (or stencil aperture) is 230µm for a 0.35mm pitch. It is missing in the datasheet and it will be added on the next document revision.
