Steval Stwinbx1- IOT setup

Hi, i am planning to use Steval Stwinbx1 to setup an IOT network for condition monitoring of wind turbine blades. i would like to know whether this board is compatible with Microsoft azure as the B-U585I-IOT02A Discovery Kit has the same micro controller in it. 
i would also like to know whether it is possible to monitor the data from sensors online since the board has a WIFI with azure or AWS or any other cloud services
