STEVAL-STWINBX1 log IIS3DWB accelerometer data into a SD card

What is the simplest way I can configure for the user to log IIS3DWB accelerometer data into a SD card with STEVAL-STWINBX1. Ideally the user just needs to plug the board or press a button would be ideal.
