STEVAL-STWINKT1B - Can't recognize USB conection

Hi, I tried to connect my board to my computer trought USB but I can't recognize the board, it doesn't appear, I can't use the Programmer either. I downloaded different drivers, I used different cables but it doesn't work. What can I do? The BLE connection worked, I could get some data from a SD Card, but I want to use in a continuous measure.

Thanks, it was a hardware problem (my USB connection was broken). IT is
fixed now.
