STLink V2 not detect on Dell Notebook

Hi,

I have a STM32F4-Discovery and the ST-Link V2 is not detect on my Dell Latitude 3540, I tried all usb ports, when I plug the usb connector windows not detect nothing. I tried on another PC and is working without problems. On my notebook many another usb periphericals is working without problem.

Suggestions?

Different versions of Windows? Which?

Different USB ports? All?

Shows up in Device Manager? Or Not?

The problem is not OS I tried Windows 7 and Linux.

My notebook has 4 USB ports: 2 USB3.0 and 2USB2.0 and in all ports there is the problem, I tried also with HUB.

In linux in dmesg not appear nothing also errors, in Windows nothing in Device Manager and I don't receive also the sound notification, it's invisible.
