STLINK-V3 manual control of SWCLK (BOOT0)

Hello all,

I would like to set SWCLK to permanent logic high, from pc side, in order to force bootloader loading in my custom board.

Is that possible?

Edit. Is any of the ST-link output signals (SWCLK/TCK, SWDIO/TMS, TDI) in strong logic high state by default?
