STLINK V3 stopped working after upgrade

STLINK V3 stopped working after upgrade. Red light is flashing. Device manager - Unknown USB Device. NUCLO and DISCOVERY with ST-Link2 are still working! Installing dpinst_amd64.exe not help.

    Thanks, I have already removed USB hub. Yes, I replace the cable and it is working now.

    Thank you very much. How can upgrade brake the cable?!

    If red light is flashing, it indicates enumeration is failing. Try a different cable or adding/removing a USB hub from the chain.

      Operates at a faster rate, say 480 Mbps vs 12 Mbps, and then the cable quality/performance becomes much more of an issue..
