stlink-V3pwr current :  21mA 

X-NUCLEO-LPMO01A current :17mA 

actual  current : 15mA

    Consider providing more information on why you think the spikes indicate a bug.

    Are you sure that these are measuring the exact same pulses?

    Do you mean DAQ6510 - this: https://www.tek.com/en/products/keithley/digital-multimeter/keithley-daq6510 ?

    Are you sure that has the necessary time resolution for such short pulses?
