stlink-V3PWR can't support third-party ARM chips(swd download program)? stlink-V2 Very perfect。stlink-V2 support third-party ARM chips。

ST produce these things specifically to support development on their own chips - they are not intended as "general use" tools.

There are plenty of 3rd-party options for that ...

PS:

I'd have thought the Source Measurement Unit (SMU) part would work OK with non-ST loads - just not the debug/programming part?
