STLINKV3 Mini CN3 and Reset usage

On the STLINKV3 Mini, what is CN3 used for and what are the signals?

Do the two reset pins have a useful user function?

No information on this is available in the current user manual.

CN3 is probably the SWD connector used for initial device programming. Have a look at the Nucleo-G47 schematics CN2.

No room to say "Reserved" on the Mini.

The Reset pins probably also have a manufacturing only purpose.
