Can someone help provide me with ST-LINK Utility V4.2.1.0 please? The hosted version on ST website is V4.1.0.

No idea, the version you quote seems like a DLL version for STLinkUSBDriver.dll

Where did you pull this version number from, what features are you looking for that V4.1.0 fails to implement?

sorry i dont have anything to provide, just that we have a programming test requirement list on which it mentions to prepare 'STM32 ST Link Utility v4.2.1.0'.

sorry for the troubles and thank you very much for sharing your thoughts on this. it was a typo on their side, latest version is as hosted on ST's website.
