STM32 VDD/VSS on-chip capacitance

STM32G0 come with only one VDD/VSS pair. Some ST patent, that I do not have a reference to at the moment, talk about a patented power distribution architecture. I sucpected substantial on-chip capacitance by that structure.

With the SO8 G031 I have at hand, I can measure around 1100 pF between VDD/VSS with a smart tweezer.

With a L412, probably without that special power distribution structure, I can also measure about 940 pF

Just if somebody is interested.

I would like those values mentioned as typical value in the datasheet.
