Stm32f429 disc1 board

The stm32f429 disc1 board is throwing this error once I connect my board.

The interface firmware FAILED to reset/halt the target MCU.

Have you tried to upgrade your firmware?  If so, can you try using a data cable and also try another USB port on your PC.

Check if JP3 is already fitted:

I have a doubt that it is not fitted, therefore the MCU is not powered on.
