STM32F439NI Revision Id and Flash Size Unknown

I Connected Custom Board Via ST Link Utility based on STM32f439NI Micro controller with Revision of VQ4 and Flash Size is 2MB.

When i Connected With ST Link Utility, Software Display unknown Revision id and Unknown Flash Size.

what main reason behind it?

The ST-Link Utility (STSW-LINK004) is out of date and already NRND (Not Recommended for New Designs), which is also stated on its website.

Please use the newer STM32CubeProgrammer instead.

I advise you use STM32cubeProgrammer.

Can you please try a full chip erase?

Check the revision and more details of the used chip in this errata sheet STM32F427/437xx and STM32F429/439xx and the Reference manual RM0090.
