STM32F746 Discovery pcb project

I need the pcb project for STM32F746 Discovery. I have the schematics, BOM, gerbers but the pcb project. Can I find it somewhere?

You should discuss with your local ST representative or FAE if the materials are available and under what conditions.

Haven't checked what exactly is covered in the CADSTAR files, and I'd likely assume you're using something else.

I have already checked the folder given at the link. The pcb file given there cannot be opened by Altium, or I could not have managed to. Is there a way of doing so?

If the format is not directly loadable then you will need to Import or Translate, or get a CADSTAR viewer.
