STM32F747XIH6 ST-Link Connection Issue – Unable to Flash Code

Hello, I have designed a circuit using the STM32F747XIH6, but I am unable to connect and flash the code using ST-Link. I have checked all the connections, and the NRST pin has a pull-up resistor and measures 3.3V. The 25MHz clock signal appears correct on the oscilloscope. The power circuit is designed in SMPS mode as per the datasheet, and the VFB_SMPS pin measures 1.2V. The VCORE1, VCORE2, and VCORE3 pins each have a 2.2µF capacitor and measure 1.0V. Despite these confirmations, I am still unable to connect via ST-Link and flash the code. Could there be any overlooked issue causing this?

    Welcome @merbekta, to the community!

Please upload a legible photo of your ST-LINK (front and back).

    Regards

Thank you for your response. I'm happy to be among you.. I tried to flash the program using both ST-Link V2 Mini and ST-LINK/V2, but I was unsuccessful. Both ST-Links were tested on other boards and are working properly.

Unfortunately, I have to inform you that both ST-LINK/V2 are clones, i.e. equipped with fake STM32F103 and stolen firmware. However, software of STMicroelectronics can only support original hardware. Ok, the hardware costs a few bucks, but the very extensive software including all libraries is completely free to use.

I didn't know this. I will immediately acquire an original product. I assume you think the issue might be related to this hardware. After conducting my tests with the original product, I will write to you again. Thank you for your help.
