STM32F777 1.125 Volt on VCAP

Is this a normal reading?

Havent installed ALL caps yet. I think I had bad contatc between SWCLK and connector, could this have caused it not to be recognized by cubeprogrammer?

I had a F2 with 1.188 volt wich I could program, communicate with via programmercube

Now my stomahc is aching and I AM WEAK IN THE KNEES. Almost feel like passing out.

This one I couldnt program yet, but will check a few things.

Its 216 BGA on a custom board, I can see that I'm aligned judging from the vcaps, since 2 tiny islands underneat are at 1.125 and the bga is well flattened.

I have VDDA connected obviously.

Bypass reg grounded directly

PDR on VCC directly.

VDDDSI physically connected to VCAPDSI because I dont use.

BOOT0, BOOT1 pulled down

NRST pulled up and connected to debugger mini cortex header.

What else?

Well good thing I kept @ it.

    It worked.

After messing up the first chip somehow and getting zero volt on vcap and having my soul pulled out.

I managed to grab the strenght to solder up a new chip, only to fail @ connecting the connector properly due to ****** pcb pads and then looking for an hour, and soldered all around the plastic making the support ******. And call it a day.

To then, manage to connect the header crooked due to all the ****** plastic, to then cry and be consoled by my girlfriend.

To then, wonder if maybe... And see. ROFL it was crooked, wich should be almost impossible.
