STM32G030F6P6 Running at 2.5V - Can I use STLINK-V3SET in SWD Mode?

I have designed a prototype based on the STM32G030F6P6  microcontroller. The microcontroller runs on a battery. The power to the microcontroller comes from a 2.5V regulator. Is it possible to debug this configuration using an STLINK-V3SET in SWD mode? The manual seems to indicate that the minimum voltage is 3V. Any suggestions?
