STM32H750_DISCO power

The file en.MB1381-H750XB-B02_Schematic.pdf states that H750XB only supports LDO mode, then SMPS should be OFF, as in the below figure:

 

The schematic file is different as in the below figure:

 

My question is the schematic below would cause any problems:

Connecting the SMPS power pins directly to ground doesn't seem appropriate. What does the datasheet suggest?​
