STM32H750IBK - PCB routing

STM32H750IBK is very small BGA IC with 0.65 pitch!

i has order it for my devices, for minisize of PCB.

but

no production wants to take my PCB into production.

very very small lines and vias.

Please! Help!

maybe there are some recommendations for routing such chips?

special wiring techniques?

any examples.. or etc. any help

make fanouts over via is imposible for this IC. very small pitch
