Is it possible to upload my firmware on STM32H743BI, using STM32H753I-EVAL board?

It doesn't matter?

or

should I have to use STM32H743I-EVAL board?

Is the STM32H743BI on a custom board? If you're uploading with ST-Link, any ST-Link programmer will do.
