STM32H7B3I-DK Disco. Using CN12 Segger Pin Header with J-Link

I wished to use my Segger J-link Pro to debug my Disco' Board, but when I connect using CN12 the Segger Spring Pin header it won't connect to the target, although the IDE and Programmer can "see" the j-Link probe.
I read the board's user manual (UM2569 - Rev 3) and it gave instructions for the use of CN8 the 10 pin mips connector, but not CN12. I assumed that the instructions would apply to both connectors, but using the two methods described i could not get CN12 to work. With the ST-Link processor reset link CN13 closed there wasn't any power going to the CN12 Pins.
Has anyone tried this and have been able to connect?
