STM32L071 Programming error @: 0x08080C08

Hello

When I use ST link utility for programming STM32L071 error occur when it starts to program EEPROM. Each time first 8 bytes are programmed correctly and after that an error occur. After that it's not possible to change EEPROM bytes manually from ST link utility.

When i program microcontroller from keil everything is programmed correctly, and when i use STM32L053 there is no problem with st link utility.

Does anyone know what could be a problem?
