Hallo,

is there something I have to check if ITM_SendChar doesn't work? I mean, I have overwritten the write function in syscalls.c and enabled in the debugger settings the swv viewer at the correct clock, enabled swv trace (the same things I did using the nucleo board), but nothing appears in the ITM Data  Console. Is there something else to configure?Now I'm using this board. STM32U5A9J-DK

If I remember right, you need to move solder bridges to get the SWO output to work.  See SB33 and SB34 in the manual and the section "SWD debug/program/trace and JTAG/USART".
