I am looking for some overview on my custom STM32H747 PCB design - mainly that my schematic for the power supply and VCAP etc. are correct

The board is to be powered by SMPS.

    Hello @Iris-DM ,

This is the part of Schematics for SMPS config (in blue) from STM32H747 DISCO schematics :

So, double check with your schematics.

    Hello @Iris-DM

Let me recommand you to take a look at the AN4938. Also, you can refer to the design of the STM32H747I-DISCO. They should be helpful.

    Best Regards.

C47 and C45 should change, normally parallel two decoupling capacitors, one for low frequence, one for high frequence, so should like  C41,C39,  C47 can change to 100 nF, C45 increase to 10 uF if you want.
