could you please tell me - if I switch STM32F0Discovery from STLink to STM32F0 (using two jumpers) - will it show another usb PID and VID in my system?

Hello.

This depends on your debugger (either embedded on the discovery or from outside source), not the board itself, since you're using the ICP to bridge the board to the host.
