Touch sensing Design

Hello Friends,

    I am designing a touch sensing application with method of CT acquisition principle using STM32F043k6, In that i need help to design PCB. I am confuse between hatched & full ground plane. What should i use to reduce noise immunity & how should i use it? If it is hatched than what should be the design of that hatched plane.

If there is any documents than please share it. I will go through that documents. ?

There is no MCU named STM32F043k6.

Find out the actual part number, then the product page on st.com, there will be a couple of application notes dealing with touch hardware design.

I am sorry for make a mistake and disturb you people by writing a wrong name of micro controller. I am using STM32F042K6.

I go through so many application note which is provided by ST. But as per my best knowledge i can not find any topics which will guide me in designing of hatched .
