Virtual com port driver not properly installed
ST Link V3 SET is giving error due to virtual com port not installed in computer

A similar question is already asked here.
In the description of the STSW-STM32102 you can find:
Virtual COM Port driver installation package for Windows® operating systems: 98SE, 2000, XP, Vista®, 7, and 8.x.
Windows 10 does not require the installation of the Virtual COM Port driver anymore, as it is already built in.
So, if you use a Windows® operating systems: 98SE, 2000, XP, Vista®, 7, and 8.x try to uninstall the driver and reinstall the last version.
