Virtual USB com port not found in Windows 10 - STM32F429ZI

I am trying to get the VCP working, STM32F429ZI evaluation board, Virtual USB com port not found in Windows 10. 

Has anyone have some advise ?

Do not use a charger cable. Try other USB cable.
