Where can I buy the mb1280 fanout board?

I have the B-U585I-IOT2A discovery board.  It has two STMOD+ connectors on it, and I would like to use the I/O there.  I found through google search the mb1280 fanout board.  It apparently comes with some of the dev kits, like This disco board , but I can't find ANYWHERE to buy it by itself!!!  It doesn't even show up in a google search, though there is document um2695 Which describes the board.  I would love to buy a couple of these if only they were available somewhere.

Once I googled what CONUS was, I realized that, yes, I am.  I am in CT, USA.
