Doesn't seem like your board is powered. This value should be closer to 3.3V.

    Hello,

How do I connect ST-LINK to STEVAL-PTOOL2V1. I tried to connect J10 with the 20 pin flat cable I got with ST-LINK, but it failed.

    Thank you

Did you power the board via J4/J5?

    I connected 24V power supply to J4 J5, I used DVM to measure 12V on C38, and 3.3V on C40.

    Thank you,

I'm not sure then. The message indicates the debugger does not see the 3.3V it should see on the chip, which would explain why it can't see it. Maybe probe the relevant pins on J10 to ensure the 3.3V is there.
I would assume the pinout for J10 is compatible with the pinout on any official ST-Link 20-pin connector, but you may want to check for compatibility there as well if you're otherwise stuck.

I powered the board by J1 and J2. Used 20 pin ribbon header connect the board to ST-LINK V2.

The voltage is less than 1. So I connected 1,3,5,7,9 pins to ST-Link. Still the STM32 target is not found.

    Hello,

I looked into schematics, and J10 has 20 pins as my ST-LINK V2. But not the same pinout.

    I connected J10/1 to ST-LINK/15 J10/3 TO ST-LINK V2/7, J10/5 TO ST-LINK V2/4, J10/7 to ST-LINK V2/9, J10/9 to ST-LINK V2/1 .
