External webpage loading issue after reboot

Hi everyone,

I am testing how external webpages load through my embedded network setup.
The page loads fine the first time after flashing, but after a power cycle, it stops loading or shows a blank response.

For testing, I used a random sample external URL:
https://fescoebillcheck.pk/

The behavior is similar to other URLs, too — first load is OK, but after reboot, the device doesn’t fetch the data properly.

I want to understand whether this issue is related to DNS caching, memory mapping, or network initialization after reset.

Any guidance would be helpful.
