Keil download algorithm for MX25UW25645g ?

My MCU is STM32H7R7L8H6H,The FLASH schematic pins are as follows,Please help me, thank you！

Hello @g_da01 and welcome to the community,

The available flash loaders provided by ST are available in this github link.

If your external flash is not available in that link you need to create your flash loader based on one of the available flash loaders.

    ST has example .FLM build within the "Packs" Keil uses. Check what you have for the H7R's

    Along the lines of..

    C:\Keil5xx\Arm\Packs\Keil\STM32H7xx_DFP\3.1.1\CMSIS\Flash\

    Not sure there's direct support for the MX25UW25645G, but the MX25LM51245G should be very similar
