Mismatch between STM32CubeH7RS Firmware Package from CubeX and documentations

I've seen that, trying to download the STM32CubeH7RS Firmware Package from CubeMX, I'm seeing the latest version is 1.3.0.

On the actual documentation and GitHub repository https://github.com/STMicroelectronics/stm32h7rsxx-hal-driver I'm seeing that the version is 1.2.1

Dates are the same, so I think the version is the same, just with different numbering; is it correct?

It's generally a matter of time to update the tag, but you are comparing 2 different repositories. See release note, updates in CubH7RS applies to Projects only.
