AAC decoder LIB: what exactly has to be in the "DSI" data?

I got the AAC decoder LIB from STMicroelectronics for an M4 processor.

I need to decode MPEG4 LATM (DVB-S) audio.

Is there an example program that shows me what exactly has to be in the "DSI" data and where exactly does it come from?

The documentation says only the DSI data must be handed over.
